Stormy Weather in Cornwall

Only a few days back I thought Spring was here

but now it is absolutely freezing outside.

The good thing is, it is more time to do scrapbooking

when you can't be outside in the cold wind.

There is a new girly blog "on the block "

About a Girl

They will start their first sponsored challenge May 1.

but they have a mini challeng going only this week

So if you have photos of girls in the family, scrapalong

and join in for some girly fun.

Here is my take on the sketch

Bg paper is from Panduro and I

 used some stamping but mostly modeling paste on it.

I spread the paste and created foaming waves by dabbing 

crunched alu foil in it

 Here are some  more close ups

I have used 2 normal photos and one fussy cut which I 

placed over the attachment line, right on the top of a stone

I glued on, so it looks like the stones on the photo.

 Shells and stones are all from different beaches in Cornwall

so it is great fun to use them on a LO with photos from there

I made the banneres of paper looking like 

weathered boards  

Other fun elements I used are

Hexagon diecut

washitape

seaside trinkets and bling

Studio Callico rub on Balloon 

cosmic shimmerz

 gauze with glimmer mist
