Hi There
Yippy...It is first Monday in March, that means
it is a new sketch reveal by Team A over at
Here is mine
Based on this sketch
made by Brenshevia
The photos is from the Botallack tin mine on
the Cornish coast, far south west in England.
It was amazing view from the top of the hill and down,
but even more spectacular when down there looking straight down
into the roaming sea, and at the same time lookin up towards all
the chimneys along the hillside.
some more closies
There are alot of sad storie around the history of tin mines in Cornwall,
when at the time when even kids had to work there to survive,
the ponies down in the mines were treated better than the kids.
Want to se some more? Why not pop over to LGS
and see what the other team members have made,
get some inspiration and join in on the challenge.
Don't forget our Birthday Blog Hop, 1st and a new one the 10th.
Thank you for poppin' in to day and leaving a trace.
I love to read your comments :)
Wow! Loooove how you've used the buttons on those runs...looks fabulous:):) I feel so sorry for those children in the mines - it's awful to think in some places this sort of thing is STILL happening today! Those flowers are so pretty, too:):)
