Street Art at ARTastic in January

Hello lovely  scrapping ladies (and gents) from
around the world, it is time for some unusual art inspiration again
This month it is all about Street Art, so
if you haven't allready  visited, there are some
stunning interpretations of our inspiratin picture from the
creative ladies on the design team.

This is my page, inspired by the picture below,

Street Art By Fintan Magee

This month there are
no set criteria but please tell us how you were inspired.

The photos are of my son and his friend  dressed
as pirates on the  Pre School Carnival Day, way back
in (the last millenium lol) 1999

This super cool orange arrow  was perfect on this page,
and it has traveled far across many of the 7seas
from Australia to Norway as a nice little surprice
from Lizzy who is also on the ARTastic Team.
I used a lot of "scraped" stuff ( that's what it is all about right ;)
from my "left over" box, like the frame, the little bingo card,
strips of papers made into "fish tales" cut off tag
broken safety pin ( I do have a few of those,
and I left them in water to get a rusty look)
small piece of jute and the little branch of leves.
oh yea...and of course the "suspernder grip"?
or what ever it is called in English?????
...and I musn't forget the Authentique border strip

The mustach washi tape was a gift from my friend Bente
to my DD Tirill, but I couldn't resist the urge to borrow it..
The tag is fasten by a brad so it can be turned out
from under the top

You have got to the end of the month to join in on
our challeng at ARTastic.
We would love to see how you got inspired,
and lots of prizes too

Thank you for stopping by and taking time to leav a comment

Hugs x

  3. I am glad you could use the clip! And I adore that you have used so many other 'scrappy bits' from your collection...including that fastener. I don't know what they're actually called, either!!! LOOOOVE your take on the challenge....I think it was one of my faves so far:):)
