ARTastic July 2015 Water or Liquids "Rainy Day" Shadow-box card

Hello everyone, and
Happy Rainy-Scrappy Day
What a lovely summer weather to stay inside for papercrafting lol
I used the opportunity to make a shadow-box card  for
the ARTastic  CT in July, where the challenge
CRITERIA is to use water (liquid) in some way on your page 
(spray ink, paint, watercolours etc

This year It has been a rather miserable spring and early summer 
here in Norway , with lots if rain and low temperature,
 so this month's challenge picture was perfect for me ;)
I have made a box card with "a rainy day" stamp. 
I made my own pattern paper using stamps and stencils with 
 Distress ink and stain,  Dylusion spray ink, Glimmer Mist,
  acrylic paint and water with a spray mist.
 Every layer was dried well before adding the next one.
Now it is your turn to have some fun with wet medias.
 Can't wait to see what you want to share with us :)

Here are some close ups of the front..

The inside was stamped with a woodgrain pattern stamp

A pannel was added for a sentiment

and this fab umbrella has been waiting in my
 chip/wood-veneer board stash to be used on a wet/rainy day
paper project, and finally it's turn has come lol...
and it wont be long before it's "siblings" ;) will find
"a new home" as well with this winther weater we have.
