LESSology July challenge #49 Woodgrain

Hello there and Happy Scrappy Summer to you all....
It is July 8th and our July Challenge #49 is all about Woodgrain
 over at LESSology.
It is to use wood or anything that has a woodgrain pattern on it,
as well as at least one upcycled item on your paper project.

I made a winebottle Tag for a 50th Wedding Aniversary
using a wooden "metre measurer" as part of the decoration,
as the  husband is in the housebuilding business
and here are my upcycled items: wooden  metre measurer, jamtart tin
and leftover sizoweb from a Christmas table-decoration.
I broke of the the piece of the meter measurer where the
50cm. was, to use as part of the sentiment

The jamtart tin is used as a frame for the 50 year old wedding photo

and here is a close up of the sentiment which is
written in Norwegian " Happy 50 Anniversary"

Now it is your time to have some fun with upcycling items
and create something with woodgrains.
Please come and share with us when you are done :)

For some more inspiration, please pop over to
LESSology.
Over  the next couple of days  there will be some more
inspiration to see from the other team members .

Thank you so much for stoping by today :)
x

  2. Hi Tone-Lill, this is so clever........ loved how you 'stole' the 50 from the wood scale and so lovely to use the 50year old picture in the jam tart tin !!

  3. Å for en morsom måte å bruke tommer stokken på. Og så stilig å ramme inn tallet 50.
    Ha en fin dag :)
