LGS Team A week 1 April 2015, Colourful C&S

Hi there, and thanks for stoping by my blog.
Do you sometimes feel like doing something wild?
I think I did when making this LO...I just pulled out colourful
washi tape and before I knew it was all done...I even managed
 to stay true to the sketch which is week 1 in April over at
Let's Get Sketchy

It's Beginning to look like Christmas at Pixels and Paper

Finaly it is here, the Magic month of December.

At Pixels and Paper it is a very sweet and traditional

Christmas photo that is up this month as our

inspiration.

We know it is a busy month for every one, south and  north,

so this challenge is open for entries until January  5th.

Hope you will join us and maybe share some of

your holiday photos on a Challenge LO.

This charming, little fellow is my mum's dog Aik, and

he doesn't mind posing in his santa's hat. His favourite

spot to sleep is on the sheep skin rug in front of the

fireplace :)

 

All the patterned papers are from Basic Gray

"blitzen" collection

 A "Brick wall"

made with gesso, stencil and brown Glimmermist

Let's Get Sketchy week 1 November and LGS Magazine

Hello to you from where ever you are around the  world :)

I have got a LO to show you today,

and some exciting news, just incase you have missed it.

It is week 1 in November and it is Team A

at Let's Get Sketchy to have a new  sketch reveal.

On Wednesday Oct 30. it was this amazing autumn

weather with  blue sky and sunshine.  I just had to go for a walk

in the the nearby mountains and took my moms

dog, Aik,  with me. We met a lady who said it was her first

up there, and asked about directionto get to the cairn.

She kindly took some photos of us before we went on

I hope you liked the photos of the Norwegian scenery.

It really is beautiful when you are on the top with a view down

to the fjords :)

And now over to the exciting news...

LGS has now come out as a online magazine, created by

Brenshevia, (creator and owner of the LGS challenge blog),
 with help from assistant editor Laura. 

I have been one of the lucky ones to be apart of the team, and I know

there is alot of hard work behind this first issue.

January Sketch with a touch of Christmas

I have only made one x-mas LO this winter so when I spotted this

   fun sketch-challenge at Sketchbook 365 ,

at Scrap365's blog, I made this LO using photos from

x-mas eve of my mum's cute dog Aik dressed as Santa

The sketch was made by Morag Cutts and this is what it looks like

VI TAR'N med NADHRAH

En fantastisk flott skisse fra Nadhrah var utfordringen Vi tar'n fra ScrappeHuset i August. Har vært innom bloggen hennes noen ganger for å hente litt inspirasjon. Hun har noen fargerike og lekende LOer som en aldri kan se seg mett på og de er fulle av små detaljer som en oppdager en etter en, etter å ha studert mesterverkene hennes en stund. Oppdaget fort selv at dette blir som å "hoppe etter Wirkola". Ingen lett oppgave :P

Bildene jeg fant frem er av Marius da vi var i Norge i Juni. Han har fått mormor sin hund,AIK, på fanget, og det måtte jo foreviges.

Alt papiret i oppgaven er fra Tim Holtz "idea-ology" lost and found paper stash. Liker disse papirene da de kan brukes til det meste inkl."vintage", steampunk"og "Floral" Stemplet litt med et txt stempel fra Prima på bakgrunns arket, brukte svart/hvitt bilde som journal tag. Lekte meg litt med papir blomster og noen sommerfugler som er fra Hobbycraft. Pyntet med div. bånd, bling noen tags, og små sommer fugler som også er fra Hobbycraft.

Så da var mitt bidrag til utfordringen i boks... phuuuu!!!
