Sketchy Board Challenge October '14

For those of you who are old enough, maybe you remember
The new kids on the block?
Well...there is a "new challenge on the blog" ;)
and this month I am honored  to have been asked
to be the guest designer in October as it is their
first  blog challenge (but you can find it on FB as well)
Please come and visit the lovely ladies and their
fantastic work, and do  leave them some love as well.
Sketchy Board Challenges have both
a sketch and a colour palette, so there are
 lots to get inspiration from.
Here is my GD page

inspired by this sketch made by Heidi
 and this fab colour palette,
which happens to be one of my favourite colour combos :)

I have used  so many different types of papers, blings,
and other embellishment, as I looked thorugh my stash to find
the right colours, so this page I really can say is scrapbooking
;)

If you have got the time to scroll down, ther are some more
closies

..... the photos are of my niece as a baby....
and I think I am almost at the bottom of the pile of photos of her lol...
maybe 2-3 pages left and I'm done ;)

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment
I do appreciate every single one of them :)

If you are looking for LGS week 1 in October,
it is here

This  St.Ives Sunny Day button I bought at
TATE ART gallery in St Ives

As cornwall was our favourit holiday place in England,
St.Ives became our regular destination for every trip
we had down there....and that's why I have endless photos
from there too. These are from  the summer of 2011.

Hidden journaling under the top photo

....and her is my ribbon...and yes the sea shells
are from the  beach in St Ives

Colourful M&Ms in Brigth and Bold at About a Girl

Hello everyone, I hope you all have been able to enjoy
the pleasure of scrapbooking as much as you like lately.

I do appologize for my absence over the last couple of days
not visiting and commenting as much as I wanted,
but I  went away for a couple of days to explore a bit more of
the Cornish coastline southwest in England, which has very bad
mobile signals and internet conections. Even after paying for the use
of  WiFi in the hotel it took for ever and ever so I gave up :P
So here is a late post of a LO I made for my guest apperance for
June 15th-Use Bold Colors and Patterns
over at About a Girl, I now wish I had pre-posted :P

All papers are AC Amy Tangerine Sketchbook and
The  photo  is taken with the M&Ms in a bowl on a mirror
It is idnight and the oon  is up
and there are no more M&M left....  ;)

...so if you like colourful and bold patters on your LO
pop over to About a Girl and join in on this fun challenge
Thanks for taking time to stop by,it is very much appreciated:)
