All About Me with a Get Inspired sketch at LGS week 5 in September

Hello there to far and away visiters, today I want to show you

a LO made for week 5 over at Let's get Sketchy.

It isn't very ofte it is 5 Mondays in a month , but when it happens

we have a special week at LGS.

This time it is "All about Me"

LGS Let's Get Inspired Magazine # 5, Mood Board

Hi there :)

It is only a month until the next Let's Get Sketchy magazine

Let's Get Inspired comes out, November 1st.
 It will be Issue #5 and one of the themes this time is a Mood board

where everyone can partisipate and submit a LO based on the

Moodboard

LGS Magazine #3 May 2014 with "Black is Back"

A new Let's get Sketchy Magazine is out with  an awesome

collection of LOs from the team members and guest designers.

Here is one of my LO's in the magazine under the

section "In Black" 

The photo is of my niece when they visited London in 2012

 

 

A hand made Alu-foil star, inked with Dylusion spray ink

Here you can see how easy it is to make from  when

I was so lucky to be a Guest Designer over at Yvonne Yam's

creative blog Do More With Less

A tag from a TH package wraping, a spring from a cloths peg 

 and sodacan rings  mixed with butterflies and black flowers

to give the page a Hip Chick look

An old cloths tag and a giftrap ribbon from a Dior box

came in handy as well on a Black is Back page.

Here I have used a small part from an old Play Station

my son took apart trying to fix it lol ;)

It is a really super cool photo of my niece and I struggled

to start with, not knowing what do make out of the page,

but when finished,

I think this is the weirdest and/or/but coolest

page I have ever done with so much mixed media

and all sorts of "stuff" going on on the page.

"Soul Mates" Week 1 Feb at Let's Get Sketchy and The new LGS Magazine

 

Oh yeah...1. Monday in Febuary is here

Exciting News... First Issue of LGS Magazine is out :)

Great and exciting news,

Let's Get Sketch has now published the first issue of

the brand new  scrapbooking magazine.

 

Over the last couple of months everyone in the team

have been working hard to help the brilliant

creator of the magazine, Brenshevia and her assistant editor Laura

 to make this happen.

It also have" room" for guest designers, so pop over to have

a look. It might be something for you.

Brenshevia is the "power engine" behind this project 

and the final result is amazing. You just can't miss this one.

 

Here is one of my LOs  in the magazine

 

The photo is taken when we went far up north this summer.

When we came to Honningsvåg at 71' North with 24'C ( about 75'F)

and 15'C (about 57'F) in the sea. I had to put my feet in the water.

I know it sounds a bit cold, but this is at the same latitude as northern

Canada, Alaska and north Sibiria where you only find freezing water and

perma frost in the summer.

 





I will be back with some more from the magazine in a later post,
