Christmas wishes in December at ARTastic

I think my Christmas wish this year is to have more time
to do more fun "stuff" and have more time to do
my things.....which ofcourse is all about scrapbooking.
Not just to be creative but  to do some more blog hopping and
time to leave comments, inspiration search,
and more time to enter challenges....

We have a Wordle for you
The idea this month is to let a word or words inspire you to
create your page.  You don't have to use the actual word on your project
(unless you want to) but please let us know in your post which word(s)
you used as inspiration and why.

The wordle you can choose from

The inspiration words I used are Snow, Winter, Children, Present and Toy.
The photo is of my nephew driving in his new Christmas present,
an electric car, on Christmas day in the snow.
There was no way he was going to wait for the snow to disappear
before he tried it.....

masculine papers from Tim Holtz is great to use for
making boys pages

It is still 3 weeks until Christmas, so that should give you some
time between now and then to prepare for the big day.
If you want to join in on our challenge it is open until January 5th,
so that gives you an opportunitu to use the Christmas photos
and pick some fun words from the wordle.

Just in case you mist it,
There is a great Christmas photo inspiration
ongoing at
Pixels and Papers too, until January 5th

So nice of you to pop in again today, during these busy
December days, I realy do appreciate it :)

of mist and white marker stitches.
All other papers including all the  cut out arrows are

I'm still making pages for my nephews confirmation
album. His passion is competetive swimming, and he has
been admitted in to the recruting national swimming team
for juniors in Norway, so this is all about him and his love
for water since he was little.

the title and journalling tag, which I have left open for my
sister to write on her self

A few close ups
outlined on  2 small wooden fish and added small bobbles
including on the  the fish paper too
added some barbed wire with white pen
Fish and bg papers are AC Campy Trail, I used a mask on some
Alison Kreft wood board paper. Tags from K&C
Finished of with strips of washitape TH film strip, and

March week 4 challenge, Let's get Sketchy

Happy Easter Every one
It will be a short post today as time is ticking to join this
challenge over at Let's get Sketchy There is both a sketch
to follow and  to use the colour combo  in week 4
Here is my take on it

and below is the sketch made by
Design Team member and sketch artist Brenshevia
and here are the colours to use

I have only got 5 weeks to finish my nephew's album
so this is another one made for him
I used one photo +  my nephew's old passport as the other one
to follow the sketch
The photo was taken at the air port, so lots of people in the
background which i tried to hide with a doily from Zurich
bakery and flowers + more

Little swiss embellishments like the cow and an Ibiz
+ hat on passport photo, is good to have for LOs like this

Enjoy your Easter Eggs tomorrow
Thanks for taking  time visiting and leaving a comment
It is allways much appreciated
