ScrapFIT Girl in The Spotlight

  Some weeks back I discoverd a new and fun blog

Scrap FIT 

It had a  Fun challeng going on

and it was all about DOODLING

So you might have seen it  here before, my doodle entry

using bright colours and be creative with doodling, well....

It was so "me"  and great fun to do.

There were so many fab entries so it was a huge supprise

when I discoverd it was my doodle that had won.

Needles to say I'm very proud to be  the 

FITGirl Spotlight this month.

There are many more fun challenges too, so why not head

I will when I come back from the last week of the 
childrens school holiday, but first a few days

Step Class #7 Pinwheels

At the Scrap FIT blog there is a fun challenge in the

Step Class this month. To see a home made pinwheel

on card, LO, or home decor project.

I wanted to give it a try and this is what I made

There are 3 pinwheels made of TH paper with different pattern.

The photos are from my doughters 11th b-day. Here 

with the present she wanted, a dress maker mannequin.

Background paper is G-45 Magic of Oz dabbed with gesso

and sprayed with Glimmermist Coral Reef.

A TH die cut bird cage got a bit distress  Ink 

and a pinwheel  painted with cracle accents was

 placed on top

Wooden embelishments,  from Prima

Flowers from Prima and Hobby craft

had a bit of cracle accents on the big red flower,

and a few more details below

Most of the flowers and wooden embelishments I got today, 

so its's been a Fun day enjoying my new bits and bobs

Warm-Up # 30 DOODLING

Her  is my Doodling LO  which is my take on the challeng over at the
SCRAPFIT blog.
It was to create a project that includes doodling 

I used an TH embossing folder which I inked with Distress Ink
winter "evergreen bough" and printed on the cardstock which
I had allready  doodled on the edges.
I made a large Pizza doodle on white card  and painted
with distress ink stamped on an acryllic bloc and sprayed with
water before painting.
I cut a bigger circle in pink patterened paper to be the
 plate for the" pizza" and doodled on the edges
here as well.

 

Here I have used a photo of Tirill eating, ofcourse...pizza!

 

 Paper tags are from AC Amy Tangerine,

flowers of different origin.

Her are som more embellishments.
I also coloured some cheese cloth with the same Distress Ink as
the doodle print.
Some writng was added too.
I have to admit I enjoyed doing this LO as it gave me
a differen way of having FUN!!!
