Doodling at ARTastic in November

Happy Saturday :)  :)  :)

Are you ready for something "new"? and
want to try out something  different ?
Over at ARTastic this month it is all about Doodling.
If you want to see some fun stuff and get some inspiration,
ARTastic is the place and the Creative Team has made some
awesome LOs

Here is my page

...and here is the inspiration picture

As it is getting nearer to summer "down under" I chose to make
a colourful and summerly page inspired by the doodling from
 the inspiration picture.
I doodled my own background and used patterned paper
(Amy Tangerine Sketchbook)
with doodle pattern and left the page clean and simple.

...and just a few closies

All papers and stickers are Amy Tangerin Sketchbook
(one of my absolute favourites)
So if you want to have some fun with doodling?
Come and join in, and show us your creative side.

Thanks for visiting and leaving a treace as a comment.
Wish you all a Happy creative weekend :)

LGS Magazine #3 May 2014 with "Black is Back"

A new Let's get Sketchy Magazine is out with  an awesome
collection of LOs from the team members and guest designers.
You can have a look HERE to enjoy this awesome
3rd Issue of Sketch Inspired Magazine
from Let's Get Sketchy owner
and assistant Laura Whitaker

Here is one of my LO's in the magazine under the
section "In Black"
The photo is of my niece when they visited London in 2012

A hand made Alu-foil star, inked with Dylusion spray ink
Here you can see how easy it is to make from  when
I was so lucky to be a Guest Designer over at Yvonne Yam's
creative blog Do More With Less

A tag from a TH package wraping, a spring from a cloths peg
and sodacan rings  mixed with butterflies and black flowers
to give the page a Hip Chick look

An old cloths tag and a giftrap ribbon from a Dior box
came in handy as well on a Black is Back page.

Here I have used a small part from an old Play Station
my son took apart trying to fix it lol ;)

It is a really super cool photo of my niece and I struggled
to start with, not knowing what do make out of the page,
but when finished,
I think this is the weirdest and/or/but coolest
page I have ever done with so much mixed media
and all sorts of "stuff" going on on the page.
I'm happy to hear your comments, thanks for stopping by
today, it means alot to me :)
X

PS. I have got 2 blogpost from May 1st. related blog news
If you want to have a look at my first one
you can drop by HERE to see my DT LO at Pixels and Paper challeng
Thanks :)

A Day In London ....Week 3 at Let's Get Sketchy

A new week  and a new Sketch at
The team members On Team A have made soooo
many great LO's this week with
awesome interpetations of the sketch.
It is only a short blog post from me today, I feel time is catching
up on me and I have "1000 things"  lined in a que screaming
at me "I'm next".... I wish I was an occtopus and had 8 arm to do
8 things in one go ...anyway....

here  below is mine...
I found some old photos from when when we lived in
England and  I had to take the kids to London
to get new passports. Since we were Norwegian we
had  to apply for new ones at the Norwegian Embassey
in London.
and the sketch is made by

I have had this musical clef paper for ages
and thought this was the time to use it as the photos
are from when we had lunch at Hard Rock Cafe.
Instead of string as on the sketch, I cut out some "light bulb wire"
from another old paper patterned paper.
So if you ever are in London, Hard Rock Cafe is a nice place
for both lunch and Wine&Dine :)

Thank you for stoping by today, it really means alot to me.
Wish you all a fun and creative week :)
